Bleachers Barbecue is not your run-of-the-mill barbecue restaurant. It offers more than the usual barbecue you get from other places in Cebu. The restaurant serves “slow and low” barbecue.
Despite being new to the food landscape of Cebu, Bleachers Barbecue is already getting rave reviews from its guests. One guest said the meat of their barbecue is so tender, it falls off the bone. Another guest only had two words to describe the food offered at the place, “Lami kayo” (very delicious). “The BESTest Smoked Pulled Pork in town!” was what another guest had to say about the place.
Bleachers Barbecue cooks its barbecue using a customized horizontal-offset smoker. The 3/4-inch thick steel of the smoker ensures even smoking all throughout the cooking process. The meat is cooked for hours to ensure it is tender at the end of the process. In fact, their Slow n’ Low Pork Steak is cooked for eight-hours.
