The Museum of Bicycling was launched during the Gabii Sa Kabilin 2017. The place officially opened its doors to bicycling enthusiasts and other visitors during the event. It is the first of its kind in Cebu, if not the whole Philippines. The museum also serves as a platform for enthusiasts in increasing awareness for this human-powered vehicle. It also highlights the numerous benefits offered by bicycling.
The Cebu Museum of Bicycling is located at the second floor of the Ecological Living Conservation House or popularly known as the Elicon House. The building housing the museum is located at the corner of P. del Rosario Street and Junquera Street.
