Upside Down World Cebu is a newly-opened interactive museum offering something new to locals and visitors. The museum opened in March 2017 and was inspired by similar places around the world. It is not your usual run-of-the-mill museum where you are not allowed to go near or take pictures of their exhibits. Visitors to the Upside Down World Cebu are allowed to have their pictures taken with the exhibits. In fact, they are encouraged to become a part of the exhibit of the museum.
The museum is divided into several areas: the living room, bedroom, playroom, kitchen, market, bathroom, fortune teller, and casino area. You can let your creative juices work to get the best picture you can have in each area. Some of the areas also have props you can use for your pictures. These props include the towels in the bathroom area and apron in the kitchen. The museum also has a Best Photo Monthly Contest where the visitor with the most creative picture wins PHP3,000.
Upside Down World Cebu is located on the second floor of City Times Square Phase 2 in Mandaue City. It is right across Parkmall. You can reach the place by getting of a jeepney headed for Parkmall. After you reach Parkmall, you can simply cross the street to City Times Square.
