Cebu is a good place to spend your annual vacation. Aside from the white sand beaches and awe-inspiring mountain retreats, the city itself is a good place for visitors to explore. While there are many hotels and inns around the Queen City of the South, the room rates of most of these places can take a big bite of the budget of any traveler.
